We are committed to getting your COVID-19 test results back to you as quickly as possible. If your provider ordered a same-day antigen test processed at ZoomCare, you can expect your results before the end of the day your test is collected. Results for COVID-19 PCR tests processed at ZoomCare are generally available by the end of the following day.
At this time, tests sent to our lab partner, LabCorp, take approximately 2-5 days to be processed and returned to you. Once ZoomCare receives your results from LabCorp, your ZoomCare provider will review your results and follow up with you by email. Please note that results for tests collected from our Colorado and Idaho clinics may take a day or two longer to arrive in your inbox.
If you would like to see if your results have been returned to ZoomCare before we send you an email, you can follow these steps:
- Go to zoomcare.com or the mobile App
- Click on "Timeline"
- Click on the ">" button in the visit card from your visit
- Click on "Visit Summary"
- Scroll through the pdf. Your COVID-19 results will be on pages 3 or 4.
If you don't see your results in the pdf it means the lab has not finished processing your test. We recommend checking back between the hours of 6 am to 8 pm.
