We believe you should have easy access to Mental Health care. Our providers do not require a referral in order for you to be seen, but keep in mind that your insurance company may require a referral. Contact your insurance company to determine if a referral is needed.
ZoomCare offers multiple ways for you to access Mental Health care:
- The ChatCare team can answer basic questions, give guidance and advice, and refill some non-controlled medications. If you aren't sure what kind of care you need, start with ChatCare!
- The Illness & Injury and Family Medicine teams can both manage non-stimulant medications if your condition is well-managed.
- The Mental Health Meds & More team can provide expert-level guidance, including prescription medication management. Start here if you aren't improving, you're feeling worse, or you have new concerns to address.
- The Mental Health Therapy team offers Video Therapy visits to help manage a range of Mental Health conditions with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
