If you have a medical question after a recent visit, log in into your ZoomCare account and navigate to “My Visits''. Here you can review your Visit Summary for details, instructions, possible next steps, lab results, and referral notes.
If you have additional medical questions, you may use the linked message form in “My Visits” and a provider will respond within 24 hours.
If you have a non-medical question, please send a message to our Patient Support Center and we'll respond within 24 hours!
