There are two ways to obtain your lab results:
1. When your results are ready, we'll send you an email with clear instructions on how to access them via a secure link. Didn't get an email? Check your spam folder and look for an email from lab@zoomcare.com.
2. You can review your results securely via your account on zoomcare.com by following these steps:
a. Login here.
b. Select "My Visits"
c. Select "Visit Details" for the date your tests were ordered
d. Select "Visit Summary" which will open PDF version of your visit sumary
e. Within the PDF, scroll down to view your results or search for "Test Results" by clicking CTRL/CMD+F
Keep in mind that most labs results are available in 24-72 hours after your specimen was collected, though some can take a week or more depending on the test type. If you expect that your results should be available and you have not received them, please send us a message so that we can look into your results.

NOTE: The secure link to your lab results expires 30 days after delivery. This keeps your personal health information secure.
