You received an email about a pending credit card charge because after your visit, we use your insurance details to estimate your payment. If the actual coverage by your insurer is less than the estimated amount paid, we charge the difference to your card on file once your claim finalizes with your insurance. You'll receive an advance notification via email 24 hours before any such charge.
