If you have a remaining balance due after your visit or once your insurance company finalizes your insurance claim, we will automatically process a payment using your preferred card on file. We will also email you 24 hours before processing the payment.
If you would like to manually make a payment or change your card on file, there are three ways to pay your bill:
1. Login on your ZoomCare.com account. Select "Account" and then "Pay a Bill". From there, follow the steps to pay your balance or update your preferred payment method.
2. Call our Help Team at 844-966-6777 and select "Option 4" for billing.

If you have questions about your bill, we suggest calling your insurance company first. They can tell you how they finalized your claim and how your benefits applied to the services you received at ZoomCare.
Always ask your insurance company for a reference number for your records. Most insurance companies make your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) available on your Insurance Company Member website.
