Within 24 hours of any bill adjustment, your card will be charged automatically. This way, you can carry on with your day without any concerns about outstanding balances lingering.
If you wish to postpone an automatic charge, please reach out to our Patient Support Center promptly at (503) 684-8252. By selecting option 3, one of our Patient Billing Associates will be readily available to assist you in either delaying or stopping the charge, and can address any further inquiries you may have regarding the charge.
