If you can't find an available Mental Health visit, here are a few ways to get on-demand care:
- Chat with one of our docs using ChatCare at zoomcare.com or on the App. The ChatCare team can answer medical questions, give guidance and advice, and provide a bridge prescription for most non-controlled medications.
- Schedule a same-day "Illness and Injury" visit at zoomcare.com or on the App. The Illness and Injury team can provide initial guidance, update your treatment plan and assist you with maintaining your therapy.
- Check the Mental Health schedule at zoomcare.com or on the App during the evenings and early mornings. Other patients often cancel or reschedule the same day!
Note: ChatCare and Illness and Injury Providers can refill most medications. Stimulants and other controlled prescriptions can only be prescribed by the Mental Health team!
