No. You can also schedule an in-clinic visit. However, VideoCare™ is one way we can help limit the spread of illness in our neighborhoods.
Here's how the Covid-19 VideoCare™ Screening process works:
- Schedule a visit with a Covid-19 VideoCare™ Screening provider here.
- Your ZoomCare Provider will ask a few questions to determine which test is best suited for your personal needs, and make sure our staff is wearing the right PPE when you come in for your test.
- We'll order your test, and during check out our Associate will collect payment and get you scheduled at a testing location in your neighborhood.
- Your VideoCare™ screening visit and in-person test collection won't take more than 15 minutes total.
Here's how the Covid-19 In-Clinic Screening process works:
- Schedule an illness/injury visit with a provider here. Please indicate Covid-19 Screening in your visit details while scheduling so that we can ensure our staff is wearing the right PPE when you come in.
- During your visit a ZoomCare Provider will ask a few questions to determine which test is best suited for your personal needs. Pending the type of test needed, you made be able to get tested in that visit or you may need to be scheduled at a different ZoomCare clinic location in your neighborhood.
- At check out our Associate will collect payment and get you scheduled at a testing location in your neighborhood if you were unable to receive a test in your screening visit.
