To Reschedule
To reschedule your visit, navigate to the "My Visits" tab on ZoomCare.com or on the ZoomCare Mobile App.
1. Log into your account when prompted
2. Find the upcoming appointment you wish to reschedule
3. Select "Reschedule"
4. Select a new time and/or clinic for your visit
5. Verify who you’re scheduling for and your payment method
6. Confirm by clicking or tapping "Book Now" at the end of the reschedule flow.
Your new visit will appear in your "My Visits" tab.
To Cancel
If you need to cancel an upcoming visit, follow the same steps as above and select "Cancel Visit". You can confirm the cancellation by clicking or tapping "Yes, cancel my visit" when prompted.
