If you have a medical question after a visit, log in into your ZoomCare account and navigate to “My Visits''. Here you can review your Visit Summary for details, instructions, possible next steps, lab results, and referral notes.
If you have additional medical questions, you may use the linked message form in “My Visits” and a provider will respond within 24 hours. You may also schedule a video visit with a provider at Zoomcare.com or on our Mobile App.
If you wish to see a specific provider, you can schedule them directly by clicking on their name in the scheduler. Depending on the type of question you have, the provider assisting you may ask for you to disclose your location.
Our providers will only be permitted to render medical care to you if you are located in the states of OR, WA, ID, or CO. If you are outside of these states and require medication, imaging, testing, etc. they may advise you to schedule a visit in your area.
