There are two easy ways to get a new prescription:
- If you have been seen recently, you can send a message to a provider here to inquire about a prescription. You may still be referred to a visit depending on the specifics of your discussion with the provider before a prescription can be provided.
- If you need a prescription for a controlled substance like sudafed or certain cough syrups, please schedule a same-day in person visit at ZoomCare.com or on the ZoomCare Mobile App.
Note: We are unable to prescribe opioid, benzo, or narcotic medications, and we can not prescribe medications for patients who have not had an in-person visit within the last 6 months.
