All of our providers prescribe medication and refills until you need to return to the clinic to be assessed for further/on-going treatment. This is to make sure the prescribed medication is still working and to confirm that the dosage, duration, and directions are still medically necessary and/or relevant.
We understand some patients have long-term medications and treatment plans and may not think it's necessary to return to the clinic for further assessment. However, we believe scheduled check-ins for prescription management is how we can best provide evidence based medical care to our patients. If you can't make it into the clinic, you can schedule a VideoCare visit to discuss on-going treatment plans and obtain a refill if deemed necessary by your provider. You can also schedule a ChatCare visit for a one-time refill until you can be seen again with a clinic visit or via VideoCare.
If you fill your prescription at ZoomCare Pharmacy:
- Go to meds.zoomcare.com.
- Download the RefillRx App on your phone.

Please allow 5-7 days notice before your medication runs out!
If you fill your prescription at an outside pharmacy:
- Please schedule a ZoomCare visit with a provider to get refills on your medication. OR,
