Nearly all ZoomCare clinics can order most lab tests needed. For any tests that we don't process on-site or at our own Central Lab, we partner with Labcorp to process those tests and send us your results. Depending on the specific tests needed and clinic availability, we will collect your specimen during your visit. In some scenarios, we may be unable to collect your blood specimen and may refer you to another clinic or select test centers outside of ZoomCare.
Once your labs are processed and we receive your results, your provider will be notified and will contact you with your results and next steps in your treatment plan. Please note that we can not accept external lab orders; we can only collect for labs ordered by a ZoomCare Provider.
