Results from your COVID and/or Flu test will normally be available within 48 hours of when the test was collected, although depending on the test you received and the location of your clinic, results can take up to 5 days, although this is rare.
When your results are returned, we'll send you an email with clear instructions on how to access via a secure link.
As soon as you receive your results notification from your provider, you can view the results anytime at zoomcare.com or via the mobile app by following these steps:
1. Select "Login" and follow the login process.
2. Select "My Visits".
2. Select "Visit Details" for the date your tests were collected.
3. Select "Visit Summary" which will provide you a PDF of your visit
4. Scroll down to the "Test Results" section or search for "Test Results" by clicking CTRL/CMD+F
