Since the beginning of the pandemic ZoomCare has done due diligence in following state, federal and local guidelines, requirements and recommendations. We have lifted the mask mandates in all our clinics, training centers and office spaces as all states and local health departments in all of our markets have lifted the mask mandates in the healthcare setting.
Though masks are no longer mandatory, they continue to be a valuable first defense against the spread of preventable, communicable diseases. If you’re experiencing symptoms of a communicable disease, ZoomCare will ask that you wear a mask while inside our facilities. At check-in, an Associate will ask you a few questions to help determine if a mask is appropriate to wear during your visit.
- Have you tested positive with COVID-19 within the past 10 days?
- Have you been in close contact (within 6 feet of a person for more than 15 minutes) with someone with laboratory-confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 within the past 14 days?
- Do you have any of the following symptoms?
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Body aches
- Sore throat
- Nausea
- Loose stools/diarrhea
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Congestion/Runny nose
- Loss of sense of taste or smell
Don't have a mask but need or would like one? An associate can provide you with one at check-in.
